Hi Karen, thank you for your question! The Vallier Mile Ex Down Parka is made with an 800-fill goose down insulation (90% down/10% feather). I bought it myself last winter and it is exceptionnally warm. I could wear it on the coldest days (-25) with only a t-shirt underneath. You can find the Mile Ex on sale here on our partner site.
